Sian is a Registered Nurse and senior health, safety, security and environment professional with an MBA and deep specialisation in occupational health. She has spent over 15 years embedded in heavy industry across Australia and New Zealand — from mining and oil & gas to major construction — advising on health risk, managing complex workforce health programs, and leading HSSE functions at the enterprise level.
